At Playfinit, we want every order to be a great experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@playfinit.com and include your order number.

If your order is successfully cancelled, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method.


Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

Requests for returns or replacements must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a full unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to product inspection) and clear photos of the issue must be provided.

What Is Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after receiving the product

  • No unboxing video is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged

  • Sale, clearance, promotional items, or gift cards

  • Return requests submitted after 72 hours of delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval from Playfinit

Refunds

Once your return request has been approved, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
